What If Scenario planning
“What‑if” Scenario Planning lets you adjust your models to explore potential future changes. Each scenario can be switched on or off to instantly see how it affects your key metrics. You can also combine multiple scenarios to understand how they interact with one another.
Typical scenarios might include:
- Recruiting a new member of staff
- A staff member leaving or reducing their hours
- A staff member being promoted, changing their responsibilities or teaching load
- Adding an extra class
- Removing an option subject
When a scenario becomes certain, you can apply it directly to the model so it becomes a permanent part of your plan.
